Andrew and Anji - Owners
We’re Andrew and Anji, the husband-and-wife team behind River Pools of Red Wing. Alongside our son, Drew, and our good friend Tim. Our story starts in the foothills of southern Missouri, where we both grew up. You might pick up a little of that southern accent when you talk to us.
After high school, we spent about ten years traveling across the U.S., working in the heavy industrial construction industry. We found ourselves longing to settle down and plant roots so we found a construction company that didn't require as much travel from us, and they happened to be located in Red Wing.
We eventually settled just across the Mississippi River in a peaceful Wisconsin valley, tucked between the woods and the winding Rush River. After experiencing repeat flooding and outgrowing our above-ground pool we decided it was time for something more permanent. We designed and installed our own inground fiberglass pool and discovered a passion for the process along the way.
That experience inspired us to create River Pools of Red Wing in 2021. With over 25 years of experience in heavy 
construction, we knew we could bring something special to the world of backyard design. What began as a project in our own yard quickly grew into a full-time mission to help others create outdoor spaces they can enjoy for years to come.
Our son Drew is a key part of the team, helping with installations and leading the charge on content creation on social media, he’s the face of our online presence. Together, we’re proud to offer not just a product, but a personalized experience from start to finish.
