Kristen and Dan started the company 10 years ago, newly married Dan figured if that was the best time to start the business. The company began through the care and compassion of others to bless the Shaffers with training on starting a pool service company. Dan always saw where he wanted to go and kept focused. Through the first 10 years, the small little pool service company has become the largest in the Treasure Valley. It has been through many blessings that we have arrived at this spot. About 3 years ago, Dan again saw where the company should go and it has been through a lot of work and a roundabout method that we arrived at the place he saw; a part of the prestigious River Pools building company!

Dan has a firm belief, (one of many really) that “you put people who are better at things around you to be better than you.” So River Pools Boise has become a group of leaders that are so incredibly good at everything that they do. They are wonderfully kind, caring, compassionate people that want to care for and bless everyone that they come in contact with. River Pools Boise is a family of families that desire to make your River Pools experience the best possible.

This company is a company founded on Christian values. With a desire to bless you, there is the constant thought that the reason we are all here is to Glorify God. For that reason, everything is done as if working directly with Jesus. That may sound weird but it is the truth. With a desire to communicate and serve better than all the rest because that is so important for your River Pool Building experience. You won’t have something pushed on you because it makes more, or cost more or anything, with long a history as pool service providers it is important that this River Pool is something that you and your family are blessed by every day for many years to come. Everything suggested has a purpose and reason, and ultimately it is so that you are blessed by the whole experience. We got into the fiberglass pool building and namely River Pools because, throughout our years of experience, it was incredibly clear that River Pools is the best. Not just the best in terms of quality and design (which is true) but also the best company in the industry. We could easily see that this isn’t just a pool to any of us, but this is a way to bring joy to you, your family, your family friends, and beyond by way of a beautiful pool in your yard. We want to bless you from the moment we meet you for years and years to come. We love the idea that the pool that you thoughtfully work out with River Pools Boise, will be a pool that is safe, easy, and fun for long after any other pool you could get. Because that was so clear, we could see that River Pools is the only way to go (as we hope you do too).
