Merry Christmas from Jim!

Hi everyone, my last article was on the humorous side, although it was all true. But this time I would like to address something on a more serious note. I would like to talk about you, our customers.

First, I want to thank you for being such wonderful loyal customers, without you there would be no River Pools and Spas. Next, I would like to let you know how important we think you are at River Pools and Spas, we are not doing you a favor when we put your pool in, when we open our store for you to shop, or when we send our service guys out to your house. You are doing us a favor by letting us serve you. You are the reason my employees can pay their bills, you are the reason the owners can have the great experience of owning such a wonderful company.

I love my customers, even though I forget yours names most of the time, but I am working on that. I have had the opportunity to meet some of the greatest people because of this business, and I am sure I will continue to meet more as this business grows. I don't think any other company anywhere has as great of customers as we do here at River Pools and Spas. I like knowing that when I see you in a store, at a home show, or the fair, that the worst thing I have coming is that I can't remember your name. I always get this big smile and a compliment on how good a job everyone is doing.

Folks, I just want to say that when you give me this great feedback it warms my heart, and makes the bumps of building a great business worth it. So Thank You for giving myself and all of us here at River Pools and Spas a chance to serve you.
