Small Town Store offers Big City Selection

The days of our Northern Neck retail store having only pools and spas have long since become a thing of the past with the introduction of our Tappahannock store in 2005. Since our relocation to this prime spot at the Tappahannock Town Center, we have greatly increased our selection of backyard living products for our customers. Understanding that many people in the Northern Neck area have to shop in places like Richmond and Fredericksburg to find many of the products they may want, we have introduced multiple items in the past couple of years to add convenience and better customer service to the good people located near the Northern Neck and middle peninsula.

In addition to pools and hot tubs, we now carry Saunus, Tanning Beds, Backyard furniture, outdoor kitchens, gameroom furniture/products, fooseball tables, air hockey tables, and billiard products. The response we have received regarding these products has been very positive, especially with the billiard items. As many readers may know, pool/billiards is rather popular in the Northern Neck area. With over 150 cue sticks in stock at all times, along with Olhausen Tables, Aramith balls, and other accessories, affectionados of this great past time can now purchase locally and still get the selection they would find in a larger area.

One other unexpected benefit of all of these new products has been the affect it has had on our retail division during the Christmas season. In the past, November and December were typically dead months in retail, but now we find that some of our busiest days of the year have been during the holiday season. Knowing that this year's demand will be even greater than in previous years, we are taking the proper steps to ensure enough items in stock for everyone when presents are ready to be placed under the tree and Santa's sled is heard on roof-tops come December.
