Because we strive to ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied, we realize that in order to make this goal a reality we must provide a service department that will be able to handle the after-sale needs of our clients. Owning a pool or spa is not just a matter of going to a store, making the purchase, and installing the product. In fact, such a purchase ideally initiates a long-term relationship between the pool/spa owner and the pool/spa store. This is why we have a full-service department at River Pools. In fact, most of our inground customers elect to have us open and close their pools on an annual basis, as well as add accessories like heaters, slides, and salt chlorine generators down the road. Other aspects of our service department include:

Ingrounds: We offer Openings/Closings, Filter System repairs/replacements, Salt Generator Istallations, Heater Installations, as well as other services.(We do not offer inground vinyl liner replacements)

Hot Tubs: Unlike many companies who can take days to service your hot tub if there is a problem, we handle all warranty work on the hot tubs we sell, and we typically respond to a call within 1-2 working days. With respect to other hot tubs that we do not sell, we do not service these tubs, mainly because we find it difficult to order and receive parts from other spa manufacturers.

Above Grounds: We offer liner replacements, openings/closings, salt chlorine generators, and filter system repairs.

Pool Tables: We install our own pool tables and during the off-season, we re-felt and reassemble other tables.
