The process of receiving an inground quote is very simple, with two options to choose from.

Option 1: Tappahannock Store (Please call first to set an appointment)

Many of our customers prefer to come to our Tappahannock location to receive a quote. This is because we have set up our store to accommodate our inground clients. There is a fiberglass shell outside of the store, which allows customers to see and feel the product better, visualizing different options on the pools such as crystite color finishes, perimeter and mosaic tiles, in-pool seating benches, etc. We have also set up in our store a massive tile display, showing most of the waterline tiles we offer as well as over 25 different mosaic patterns that are available. There are also water features, a kiddy pool running with water, a paver/cobblestone display, and a stamped concrete display. The reason why we have gone to such great measures to enhance our showroom is so to allow our customers to have a true sense of what they are purchasing, as well as what their options are regarding the many different facets of a swimming pool. Once the customer has received their in-store quote and feels as if they would like to move further in the project, the next step is a site plan meeting. In this meeting, which takes place at the customer’s home, details such a necessary grading, filter system placement, needed walls, etc are covered.

Option 2: In-Home Appointment

Understanding that some customers, due to distance, work, or some other factor cannot visit our Tappahannock store, we also offer in-home appointments. This is typically done Monday thru Friday, at any time, including late evenings if necessary. Appointments usually last 45-90 minutes.
